All puppies are sold with a spay and neuter contract. I must receive proof of the spay or neuter for the guarantee to be valid.
If you are interested in breeding rights you can discuss that with me.
Breeding rights are an additional $500.00
Shipping via the airlines approximately $350.00 depending on the airport.
I strive to keep my prices reasonable. I have invested a lot of money in the dogs in our breeding program. Annual costs are very expensive, which include food, grooming, vet care, and health clearances for these wonderful dogs. I spend hours training, grooming and caring for them and I hope that you will find that the investment in one of these wonderful puppies is more than worth it.

Non-Refundable Deposit:
A nonrefundable security deposit to reserve a puppy is $300. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the buyer to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy. The deposit or any payments made towards purchase of puppy is nonrefundable but is completely transferable to a future litter. Deposits and payments towards purchase of a puppy will only be deemed refundable due to the unfortunate event that the puppy dies while still in the care of the seller or is found to be unfit for sale by our licensed vet before transfer of ownership.
Buyer agrees that seller cannot guarantee the puppy's final adult coat type in color, texture or hypoallergenic qualities. Buyer acknowledges that seller cannot guarantee final adult size of puppy and is aware of the possibility that their puppy may not fall within the estimated weight range when grown. The $300.00 deposit will reserve your puppy until 7 weeks after the puppy is born. All puppies must be paid for in full by the time they have reached 7 weeks of age. Balance must be paid by Paypal or US Postal money orders. All final payments that are being mailed must be sent via US Postal priority mail. If the balance of the purchase price and shipping are not received by the time the puppy is 7 weeks of age the deposit or any payments applied towards purchase is forfeited, the contract is void and the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.
Puppies will be allowed to be picked up in person as early as 7 weeks of age or can be shipped or delivered at 8 weeks of age. Waiting lists will be kept in a first-come, first-serve order and Buyers name will be put on waiting list upon receipt of deposit. If there are not enough puppies in the litter, or if an expected litter does not arrive as anticipated, then the buyer’s name will be placed on the list for the next available litter.
Puppies being shipped via the airlines can leave at 8 weeks shipping is approx an additional 350.00 depending on where I have to ship from.
RE-HOMING POLICY: Here at Yankeeland we want you to have a lifetime of happiness with your new puppy. It Is a rare occasion that I receive a call to re-home a puppy. I never want a puppy to end up at a shelter. Therefore I will always try to make room for a puppy who needs to be re-homed. The re-homing process can take weeks into months. Some puppies may require training before they can leave. It requires many emails, time and phone calls to find the right fit for a returning dog. I will be glad to do this when it is possible. I however cannot refund the price of the puppy or the expenses you have in the puppy. Full rights will be surrendered to me when the puppy is returned.
