STUD SERVICE FEES AND CONTRACTS:
Here at Yankeeland we have a pretty simple stud fee policy. Amos and Yankee are both available for stud at $500.00 paid at time of service. I do not take pick of litter and I do not negotiate on my fee. I have invested too much time and money in these beautiful dogs. Please don't call and tell me you don't care about the papers, hip ratings etc., because I do care about all of those things! I get paid up front because I am providing a service. My goal is to help you produce a wonderful healthy litter of puppies. I require a copy of your female's hip ratings and a current brucellosis test result. If this service does not result in at least two puppies, another service will be provided at no charge. If that service results in no litter the contract is considered complete. If you decide to not breed or you choose to sell your bitch before the second breeding is possible, the contract will be considered complete as well. We do not give cash refunds.
Sometimes I have to laugh. I cannot imagine going in to a human fertility clinic and telling them I will pay for the sperm and the insemination fee when I get a baby!! I invested a lot of money in my wonderful boys, who are our devoted pets as well. I always find it amazing when I get calls from people who want to tell me what my stud fee should be and when they are willing to pay it. So please understand my policies and I will provide you a healthy stud and service. I will help you in anyway I can along the way.
